The misuse of alcohol and drugs can cause great problems and be very distressing for the user and his/her family. For support, help and information contact the organisations listed below.

Frank is a website and telephone helpline offering advice, information and support to anyone concerned about drugs and solvent/volatile substance misuse, including drug misusers, their families, friends and carers.

- Al-anon Family Groups
Al-Anon Family Groups provide support to anyone whose life is, or has been, affected by someone else’s drinking. We believe alcoholism affects the whole family, not just the drinker. Tel: 0207 403 0888
- Alcoholics Anonymous (Bradford and Keighley)
Alcoholics Anonymouse has over 3,500 groups in the UK. It is designed to help people with drink problems. Anonymity is carefully preserved.
